Lovely stay in a well-maintained hotel. Amazingly friendly and amiable staff with a good sense of humor. Superb location near a quiet neighborhood, the ADO bus terminal, and a lovely garden. A wide variety of food options within a short walk from the hotel. Great choice for a trip.

Remote location adjacent to the airport in Cancun, ADO bus terminal, restaurants and bars and everything-close to the Jungle Gym, it was in a shopping area...

No complaints whatsoever, I had a perfect stay and would come back for sure. The location of the hotel was remote, so close to a quiet area 15mins walking from the main street in Tulum as well as the beach and Maya ruins. The breakfast available was great with jam and toast and fruit.

The room was beautiful and generous-sized, included with a touch of design. Very comfortable bed plus nice decorations. the hotel was in a remote location, nice to cycle to Tulum Ruins or the beach. We were next to a quiet area, 15 minutes walking from the main street in Tulum and the city center.

The welcome and the food were excellent. There is a child friendly and warm atmosphere at the hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back.

The location is amazing, and the area is shopping close to bars and restaurants. There is a lot of restaurants to eat, like Burrito Amor that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The Hotel is new and fresh, and the staff/owners were amazing people. If you need to relax, this is perfect.
It was hard to find it (location), but when we first got there, nothing to complain about.

The location here is great, being close to the old town, and it was convenient having Market Cafe Vdara nearby for coffee and treats, as well as a pool area that offered plenty of breakfast options.

The staffs were wonderful and accommodating. They really wanted to make these things right.
It was hard to find and in quite a dumpy/slummy part of time. Next time I will avoid Tulum altogether.
